Does it give you rights to be an american citizen if you adapt an american child born by american citizen parents?

Adapt it to what? Not sure of your question maybe get a dictionary and find the word your looking for.Hell No is the answer.

Just because you ADOPT an American child doesn't give you any more rights than if you give birth to a child in the US. If you are an illegal alien criminal, you are still an illegal alien criminal. I highly doubt they would let an illegal alien criminal ADOPT in the US. Citizenship is applied for, not automatically given.

How about "adapt"ing to the situation and go back to your home country!

Adopt --its adopt--no they have to invite you to become one when they turn 21.
