the intelligence to solve a problem is in making as the first chess computer but the ability to cry or laugh still a mystery to us human to programed into an AI capacity

yup! with the fast growing technology of today, nothing is impossible. one of the evidences is the creation of robots. i believe they can be upgraded into a stronger ai.
