is it safe to drink two monster energy drinks a day

accelerates the heart - i wouldn't drink one a year!!!!! but i think a couple a week would be ok

Guarana has a lot of caffeine. And monster has guarana. some people can't go to sleep with one can. so think about it.

No they aren't as good as you might think you might have way more engery than what your body needs please go easy
