None. They are all made with metallic salts or vegetable dyes. The results are unpredictable, especially if going lighter. They are hard to remove and unpredictable with other chemical services. Your best bet is to take the professional route.

I really love Clairol. I think it's the best dye that can be purchased on the market. Pretty much anything by Clairol is a great buy.
Otherwise, Loreal's colour one that comes with the highlighs as well, I forget the name...

I love using Feria and Garnier. When going to buy hair color one tip is never buy it cause its cheap it doesn't work as well. Its worth investing on a higher priced hair color. Good luck!

I heart loreal's natural match. It's subtle but pretty. Not too much damage either, sinced there's no ammonia.

i love herbal essences- it's one of the few dye-it-yourself kits that doesn't smell like a$$! :-P
...and the conditioner that comes with it is awesome.
