i especially get the chills whenever im super warm. why is that?

i dont think its diabetes because i took a blood test recently and my glucose was perfect..

any other ideas you guys might have. because i get them all the time

the body shivers to increase the temperature further usually causing a fever or trying to to fight of an infection or germ.

Usually when you get super warm you sweat, which is an aide to cool you down. Which might leave you a bit chilly. However, if that happens to you frequently, or is really not what you should be doing at the time, I would suggest you see a dr. You might be fighting something off (bacterial or virus) and may need help to get rid of it. It also could be a sign of diabetes.

The pores in your skin close up (goosebumps) to keep your body heat in, and you shiver to generate more body heat. If you're getting the chills when you're already warm...I'm stumped.
