try a smoothie...
blend the following ingredients together until smooth.
-1 cup mixed frozen berries (such as strawberries, blue berries, rasberries, whatever you like)
-1 ripe frozen banana
-1/2 cup lowfat or fat free vanilla yogurt
-1/4 cup orange juice
-1 tsp. honey


**Spice Tomatoe Cheese Bread
1-1/2 cups 2% Milk Shredded Reduced Fat Sharp Cheddar Cheese
4 slices Turkey Bacon, cooked, crumbled
1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
2 cups chopped tomatoes
1 loaf (16 oz.) French bread, cut into 20 slices

MIX cheese, turkey bacon and pepper.
PLACE bread slices on baking sheet. Top evenly with tomatoes; sprinkle evenly with cheese mixture.
BAKE at 350°F for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

**Mini Flourentine Cups
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked, well drained
1/4 cup 2% Milk Shredded Reduced Fat Mozzarella Cheese
1/3 cup Light Cream Cheese Spread
1 Tbsp. 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
19 slices Shaved Oven Roasted Turkey Breast

PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients except turkey until well blended.
FLATTEN turkey slices; place 1 slice in each of 24 miniature muffin pan cups. Fill each with 1-1/2 tsp. of the spinach mixture.
BAKE 15 min. or until heated through. Serve warm.


**Warm Pears in Creamy Sauce
4 medium fresh pears, cored, chopped
1/4 cup apple juice
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar, divided
1/2 cup Fat Free Sour Cream
1/2 cup GRAPE-NUTS Cereal

PLACE pears in baking pan. Add apple juice and 2 Tbsp. of the brown sugar; mix lightly.
Bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes; stir gently. Bake another few minutes, or until pears are tneder. Stir in sour cream. Spoon evenly into 4 small serving bowls.
MIX remaining 2 Tbsp. brown sugar and cereal. Sprinkle evenly over desserts. Serve warm (with low fat ice cream, if desired.)

Tofu can be very bad for women as it block the thyroid gland and also female hormones. There are lots of articles about tofu's toxicity.

Why not make some carrot and raisin salad using fat free mayo or

Miracle peanut butter cookies: 1.5 cups peanut butter, 1/2 cup sugar or splenda, 1/2 tsp vanille, pinch salt, 2 eggs. Mix and drop on cookie sheet back at 325 for about 12 mins.

You could always try making some tofu chips. My Mom used to make them all the time. All you do is get a block of tofu from safeway or something and slice it up into thin pieces. Then you fry them in a pan with some special seasoning that my mom used to use and it's actually really good. Did I mention that its tofu? The healthiest substance in the universe?
