Well, since the believers will be gone, it will be the rest of the entire world. Remember you won't be able to buy, sell, work, have a bank account or anything else without his mark.

Read the Read ID Act. It is to be in place by May 11, 2008. No job, no nothing without an ID card. That ID card to start with will be your drivers license tied in to a federal computer.

AT A GLANCE . . .

The Real ID Act of 2005 would turn our state driver’s licenses into a genuine national identity card and impose numerous new burdens on taxpayers, citizens, immigrants, and state governments – while doing nothing to protect against terrorism. As a result, it is stirring intense opposition from many groups across the political spectrum.

Perhaps not the whole world, just those who are stupid enough to think Bush, Cheney, and the other crypto-Nazis are even remotely Christian.

There's a lot of really stupid Americans who would follow Hitler or Stalin if either of them paid lip service to Christianity, but a politician who is honest enough to admit he's an atheist will be feared like the devil.

He meant exactly that. He will be doing miracles in the sight of man. He will be so convincing in his role playing Jesus that his role will be shortened from seven years to only five months. This will be done for the sake of His elect.

did he say "the whole world"?
Actually I think he was referring to the European world and Africa. In other words the known world at the time. That would be first under Nero, and later under the system that replaced the Roman empire.
