TB of a bone is disseminated TB. It needs to be treated for at least one year. Initially, four anti- TB drugs will be given for 2 months, then 2 drugs will be continued. You can carry on with your normal daily activities and take normal diet. Bone TB cannot be transmitted to others. If you also have lung TB and have sputum, your sputum will be infectious for the first few weeks. This condition is completely curable. Don't worry.
