I've been gaining weight like mad. Just since mid October I've gained like 15 pounds, and It's starting to become very upsetting. Are there any excercises that burn several hundred calories per hour?

Aerobic exercises and running or skipping helps.

Apart from exercising, controlling one's diet is absolutely necessary.

My sis-in-law has been trying for years to lose a weight by exercising . She joined several aerobic classes but it didn't help at all for the simple reason that she loves to drink coke and eats a lot: often immediately after her aerobic class !

She even tried swallowing slimming tablets to no avail.

So I concluded that there must be a combination of exercise and controlled eating habits.

Swimming and running are excellent exercises for this. In reality, though, almost any cardio exercise that you do, if you do it at a high intensity, will burn "several hundred" calories per hour.

This site calculates how many calories you will burn doing various exercises, including inactivity (like watching TV).

Eat only when hungry and eat/drink only three times a day. Only exception is for diabetics. Water can of course be taken. Chew each morsel 32 times so that ur brain gets signal that u have had enough. Take regular exercises and brisk walks. U will loose/gain gracefully and attain the required weight in reasonable time period.

typically any exercise that will raise your heart rate and force your body to sweat will burn lots of calories. Being a wrester, i know that running on a treadmill or other cardio workouts will help you burn calories the fastest.

Running & Swimming. Do not reduce your food intake too much. If you do not want to run on your area, buy a trademill .

And dont try to reduce too fast. OK ?
