No relation.

kg (kilogram) is a unit of mass in SI units, while psi (pounds per square inch) is a unit of pressure in British units.

You may want to clarify your question - kg is a unit of Mass and PSI is a unit of Pressure. Although....

If 1 kg is 9.81 Newtons, and 1 Pascal is 1 Newton per meter^2, and 1 PSI (foot pound/inch^2) is 6894.76 Pascals, you may be able to work out the relationship you are after.

kg is kilo grams and is SI unit for mass. psi is pounds per square inch and is a unit for pressure in British Units.
since there is no relation you may like to clarify more. however the unit of pressure "kg per square centimetre" is many times called kg, between people who know what is being referred to. i hope this helps you.

there is no relationship. kg is kilograms which is a metric weight measurement and psi is pounds/square inch which is a standard compression ratio, or how many pounds in a square inch of space. There is however, 2.5 cm in an inch. I don't know if that helps much, or not.

Go to your local vet. Say that you are an experimental scientist (not a dug addict) and that you need a shot syringe that has an internal diameter of 1 1/8".

Take the syringe turn it upside down and cap it with your finger. Now take a 1_kg weight and balance it on the plunger (swab, piston whatever you want to call it)

Wow! The shot syringe has a pressure of 1_kg/_in^2 on the inside of it!
note: 1_kg=2.20_lb
so..
Wow! The shot syringe has a pressure of 2.2_psi on the inside of it!

note: If you ever do drugs don't do it with a syringe like this one.

1 psi=(lb/inch)^2
lb=pounds=2.2kg
so derive it!
