I use motorola mobile phone tools. It wroks great and is very user friendly. Your can get it for a couple bucks on ebay or amazon

Nice phone, and great connectivity.
You have 2 ways to get pics off without having to email them.
Use Bluetooth if your PC has it (only costs $15 to add). This allows transfer without cables. Bluetooth is built in to the phone, and it's easy to send photos and pics directly from your phone to your pc or other phones. Once you learn bluetooth, you'll use it a lot.
The other easy way to transfer photos and pics to your pc is using the usb cable that came with your phone. When you plug in the phone to the pc, browse My Computer and the phone should show up as a another drive. Just select and copy.

you can either sign up for web browsing with your service provider and send them as email attatchments, or buy a bluetooth usb receiver and download them that way. You may need to rename the pics as jpeg files to view them. hope this helps.

email the pics to yourself or you might have a cable that connects to the computer. I don't have the phone so I don't know what it comes with.
