If you are realistic about losing weight, then there is a fast way.

Eliminate sugar and carbs completely from your diet. You will lose a pound a day almost immediately. The first week will be very hard, but after that you'll feel SO GOOD about yourself.

1/2 Grapefruit or 4 oz. Grapefruit Juice (unsweetened)
2 Eggs (any style)
2 Slices Bacon

Lunch
1/2 Grapefruit or 4 oz. Grapefruit Juice (unsweetened)
Meat (any style, any amount)
Salad (any kind of dressing)

Dinner
1/2 Grapefruit or 4 oz. Grapefruit Juice (unsweetened)
Meat (any style, any amount) (fish may be substituted for meat)
Vegetables (any green, yellow, or red vegetables cooked in butter or any seasoning)

Bed Time Snack
1 glass tomato juice or 1 glass Skim milk

Vegetables Allowed
Red onions, green onions, bell peppers, radishes, cucumbers, broccoli, spinach, lettuce, cabbage, carrots, peas.

Vegetables to Avoid
White onions, potatoes, celery.

Instructions

At any meal you may eat until you are full - until you can't eat any more.
Don't eliminate anything from the diet, especially don't skip bacon at breakfast or omit salads. It is the combination of foods that burn fat.
The grapefruit is important because it acts as a catalyst that starts the burning process.
Cut down on caffeine - it affects the insulin balance that hinders the burning process. Try to limit to 1 cup per meal at mealtime.
Don't eat between meals. If you eat the combination of food suggested you will not be hungry.
Note that the diet completely eliminates sugar and starches, which are lipids and form fat. Fat doesn't form fat; it helps burn it. You can fry food in butter and use butter generously on vegetables.
Do not eat desserts, bread, and white vegetables or sweet potatoes. You may double or triple helpings of meat, salad, or vegetables. Eat until you are stuffed. The more you eat of the proper combination of food, the more you lose.

Or you can drink a gallon of water a day walk 2 miles in the morning and 2 at night like four hours before you go to bed....watch out for breads, candy, cakes, and cookies....also find you a workout buddy...Do it up! It won't take any time...Discipline little butterfly....

Don't know how old you are...when you get older, it gets harder....but I will tell you one way that worked for my daughter.....we had a grocery clicker...that added up numbers for the grocery store and used it to add calories each day.

Each thing she ate, she put in the calories on the clicker, and when it got to 1000 calories, she stopped for the day.

It totally worked. I had a friend tell me the key is to
"eat less" and "move more"....that pretty much says it...but 20
pounds isn't that bad...usually people lose more the first week....say 4 or 5 pounds...then less the rest....but an average of 2 pounds a week is pretty good....

Just reminding yourself...."eat less" and "move more" is a pretty good thing to keep you going....walk instead of ride.....take the long way...up stairs instead of the elevator, etc.

Eat only when hungry and eat/drink only three times a day. Only exception is for diabetics. Water can of course be taken. Chew each morsel 32 times so that ur brain gets signal that u have had enough. Take regular exercises and brisk walks. U will loose/gain gracefully and attain the required weight in reasonable time period.

as a personal trainer i deal wit this a lot, it all depends on your age and the weight you are now, the less you weigh teh harder it is to lose weight..
eat 1200 calories to 1400 calories.
exercise as in walking running riding a bike.
but if you are really serous about it then go to your local gym and they can give you the perfect exercises for your body type as they can see you and help you with a good diet for you.

First of all, no one really needs to lose weight, unless they are obese, and I highly doubt you are. Most people just want to look like people on T.V. who are anorexic. You should just learn to like your body, no matter how it is. Everyone is beautiful in their own ways. You do not need to lose weight. Just be happy with the body you have. This is the quote I listen to "Guns don't kill people, stupid diets do".
If you want to lose weight excercise more and eat less carbs, but DO NOT do one of those stupid diets. Be happy with the body you were born with, like I said before. No one is perfect. Some of it is just genes.
