i'm a 15 yr.old girl that weighs 158lbs. i'm 5'7" and i want to look good in a bikini this summer.what do i do,without being at the gym 24/7.please help

well the best thing i did was count my calories every day so i think u need...to eat about 1300 a day or less but it depends so...check ur BMI body mass index to see how much you need..I weighed 220 in april 06' and now am around 170 because of counting my calories so...this helped me alot...try it out...

eat better.

Don't watch your calorie intake really strictly.

Try eating fruits and veggie's and drinking milk.

Take a walk or ride a bike or buy an excercise video.

Excercise EVERYDAY!!

Even if it's just a little.

Set goals.

Its proven if you eat 5-6 small meals a day you'll loose weight quicker.

Don't weigh yourself everyday. Try setting a day once a week.

I recommend friday so if you overeat or somthing over the weekend you can still get back on track throughout the week. It'll keep you motivated.

You'll loose more in the beggining then anything.

Let yourself have days off though.

Maybe sit ups and puch ups to get toned. Set a goal for them.

You can look up some site's on the internet for excercise ideas.

The magazine Cosmogirl has really good workouts.

Their easy to do and usually pretty quick. They work too.

Eat only when hungry and eat/drink only three times a day. Only exception is for diabetics. Water can of course be taken. Chew each morsel 32 times so that ur brain gets signal that u have had enough. Take regular exercises and brisk walks. U will loose/gain gracefully and attain the required weight in reasonable time period.

That's a pretty lofty goal. You're going to have to go on a strict diet and go to the gym 23/7 to achieve that.

you do NOT need to lose 45 pounds!!!!! 45 pounds would put you at 113! thats wayyyy too thin. maybe instead of focusing on losing weight, you should focus on toning up your muscles and becoming healthier. just try to exercise more, and eat less and healthier. dont go on any diet, just make yourself healthy!

if you were to drop 500 calories out of your diet, you will be able to lose 1 pound per week, so if you normally have 2200 calories, start only eating 1700 per day and with some exercise you will be able to lose at least 1 pound per week.

eat healthy,checking out how much calories your eating per meal and then calculate it per day,excercise alot at home,do some cardio workouts,go running or jogging at least twice or three times a weak.You need to burn 3,500 calories to lose one pound.

you have alot of time till bikini weather... just do it a little at a time 2lbs a wk so that it stays off
