Anyone know some good ways to get rid of acne/breakouts on my back and arms? I'm tired of feeling like I have to wear long sleeves because I have these horrible red spotty areas on my arms and shoulders! Any specific wash or routine I should be doing?

Your body is trying to detox from some substance you've put into it. Start by giving up alcohol and drugs, if you're taking them. If you have recently stopped, just wash with a mild soap, like Dial, that leaves no residue. I use a Buff puff all over my body with a liquid soap like Physoderm. I am almost 50, but have smooth skin like a girl in her 20s. I haven't used alcohol or drugs in almost 25 years. When I first got sober, I looked like a pepperoni pizza, until all the crap left the body. Now my skin is real nice.

See a dermotologist and ask about accutane it will clear this up. I had breakouts on my back too. Also, Dont pick and if you can, wash with cool water not hot, hot water only aggravates it more. In the meantime, try washing with Panoxyl bar 10 % benzoil peroxide, this is a good soap to cleanse with and then moisturize. I hope this helped.

Nutrogena makes body wash that may help. You may be using a body wash/soap that's giving you the problems. Try un perfumed stuff. They make it for people alergic to scented stuff. Also, if you loofah is old it could be breading bacteria that you spread on each time you wash. I think you're supposed to change the loofah out every month. If you use a wash cloth change it out a few times a week.

ok heres what you do. Get an exfoliator use that under the palms to do away with the "bumps" sure, they're ingrowns; 2d, permit the hair advance and pass get it waxed..i comprehend it ought to harm yet your daughter would have rea;;y gentle dermis and shaving with shaving cream and a razor in basic terms irritates it because it might look. Waxing hurts at first yet she'll get used to it, and its much extra effective on your under palms. :-)

You could try taking the contraception pill.
It may take a month or two to take effect,
but this cleared up my skin; face and back.
