How do I get my ex to talk to me?

How do I get my ex girlfriend to talk to me? She is refusing to talk to me on the phone or reply to my emails. Should I keep trying to get hold of her or lay low for a while?

if she doesn't want 2 talk 2 you then the only thing you can do is try 2 forget about her......i know its hard because it has happened 2 me with 1 of my ex bf's but its something you will have 2 do sooner or later.....
