I am not sure I would call it a disorder as such. People can be very low in neuroses factors such as anxiety and this is seen in those people that have anti-social or sociopathic personality profiles.
I knew someone that was beat up so much in his childhood that he just does not seem to have the same flight or fight response that most other people would have. I.e. he doesn't register a threat the same way as the average person does.

I think they are just calm people. I wish I had this disorder if there is such a thing.

USUALLY THIS HAPPENS IF A PERSON HAS BLOCKED MEMORIES FROM THINGS THAT HAVE HAPPENED IN THE PAST SO THEY DONT HAVE TO RELIVE IT ITS CALLED TRANSFERANCE.
