i went to the movies with my "guy friend" [idk what we are considered] and my friend
so it was him, me, and her sitting in the theatre and about 3/4 of the way into the movie he wanted to "take a break from the movie" and he started to kiss me..so we started making out and then i turned my head away because i felt that i was being rude to my friend.

was i just being rude to her? or to him too? because i didn't really say anything to him about why i stopped and i just kinda left him hanging.

well she probably felt like a third wheel.

next time, don't bring your friend a long if you know you and this guy might start something. she'll feel like crud basically. and also next time, don't always bring a guy along if you know he'll feel left hanging if you don't kiss him or anything.

be a good friend. best of luck.

Yeah, it was rude. I think if you two were out alone, it would be fine. Think of it like a conversation...if you and him were having a conversation, and didn't even talk to her at all, would that be rude...yes. Save your affection for a private area, even a movie theater is kinda rude to other's seated around you.

You were rude to your friend and to the other people preferring to watch the movie instead of you and your boyfriend going at it. I think it's great you stopped!

you were being more than rude...do you do everything he wants. imagine how she felt sitting there, eating her popcorn thinking," i need to come to the movie with these idiots." a public place is no where to make out. he is a moron. time to find a new guy. pick on a mature one this time.

It was rude to your female friend. She probably felt awkward. If you go to the movies, watch the movie. If you want to make out, go someplace private.

YES YES YES it was rude! If you are to do that do not take your friend! you might want to give her a big apology. she may say it was ok but inside she is furious with you.

I think you did the right thing. If you put yourself in your friend's shoes it would have been very uncomfortable for her to have you making out beside her.

well, i am sure your friend will feel a little embarrased. I think she would feel like a third party...so it's a little rude.
