What size would you consider fat??? I am a size 3 so tell me is that skinny or fat??? and what size is too skiny and what size is too fat?????

You cannot base this on size. Someone can wear a size 12, but not be fat, due to things like bone structure, heritage and breast size.
I highly doubt you are 'fat' if you can get in to a size 3, but whether you are or are not fat, you'd be better off concentrating on being happy this who you are and not what other people consider 'fat'.
Men's taste in women is as varied as the sizes and shapes they come in. Be yourself and be happy.

IMO above a size 14 is pushing it. People here who have said size 6, 8, 10 or 12 are just being over obsessed with size. I find this is more an issue in the US, in the UK those sizes would have been considered perfect.
At size 3, you clearly are very thin. Anyone under a size 6 is extremely small, so please don't obsess over this ok.

Well I'm black so anything under a size 12 is skinny. A size 12 or 14 is average. 14 or 16 is thick. 16 and above is fat. I jus thought it would be good to look at this situation from a different cultural perspective.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Some guys like fat women. My dad sure does.
For me anything beyond size 6 or 7 would be fat and unappealing to me

One of the most confusing things to me is women's dress sizes. There seems to be no rhyme or reasoning behind it. I have no idea what a 'size 3' is so I can't answer your question.
