I'm assuming that for some reason you want to keep these two documents separate. There might be a more sophisticated way, but off the top you could, temporarily, bring them together:

Open the first file
at the end of file, Control + Enter for a new page

Open the second file
Control +A to select all, cut
go to the first file and paste

do your thing

when finished, cut the second file text and paste it back into the second file.

I KNOW THAT YOU CAN SELECT "EDIT" ON THE TOP AND GO DOWN TO "FIND". TYPE IN THE WORD AND TELL IT TO FIND ALL. NOT SURE HOW TO GET IT TO DO BOTH DOCUMENTS AT THE SAME TIME THOUGH BUT I KNOW THIS WAY WORKS. HOPE IT HELPS!
