A) If mankind minus one were of one opinion, then mankind is no more justified in silencing the one than the one - if he had the power - would be justified in silencing mankind.

B) It is an illusion that youth is happy, an illusion of those who have lost it; but the young know they are wretched for they are full of the truthless ideal which have been instilled into them, and each time they come in contact with the real, they are bruised and wounded.

C) The individual has always had to struggle to keep from being overwhelmed by the tribe. If you try it, you will be lonely often, and sometimes frightened. But no price is too high to pay for the privilege of owning yourself.

A) If every person on the earth EXCEPT for one, lonely person thought that option A was the correct opinion, and that one, singular person thought that option B was the correct opinion, then all those many, many people who fully believe option A was correct have absolutely no more right to tell that one person that he's wrong than that one person has to tell all of THEM that THEY are wrong.

B) Older people believe that young people are happy because they are young. But young people are not happy, because they are young and very idealistic. They see the world romantically, and every time some happens that brings them to the REAL world, crashing down to earth, so that they see how it actually is and not how they think it should be because of their ignorance, they are severly unhappy.

C) Avoid peer pressure. Staying true to yourself is worth all costs.

A . It means not all mankind have the same opinions so no one has the ability or right to silence others with regards to their opinion.

B. It means the youth are not really aware of reality and when they are exposed to it they get hurt. People who lost their youth don't know this and think that the youth are happy.

C. It means that sometimes being ourselves may estranged us from other people, but being able to decide and do things because you want to, is more valuable more than belonging to a group and losing your identity.

a) If one person out of all mankind had a certain opinion about something and the rest of mankind had a dif. opinion about the subject, then that one person(with alot of power) has no right in saying that the rest of the people are wrong just as those people dotn have the right either to tell that one person that he/she is wrong....

B) Younger people are nto as happy as so many people tend to think..evn the young people know this...People who have lost their youth think that the younger people are sooo happy...but truth is that us young people live with such dreams of every thing being perfect n like a fairytale(for example love being so perfect n with no heart break) that wen we get slapped back into reality we are hit with pain n suffering...

c)Wen we try to be ourselves n not follow our circle of friends(like try to stay tru to oneself instead of doing wut evryone else is doing)we sometimes end up being lonely at times and scared..but its better to be lonely at times and Be tru to ur self n do the thing that u wanna do n follow ur own path than doin wut others think u should do....

I guess thats wut those quotes mean..im not too good at putting my thoughts into words...
