I've recently started working out for about an hour and a half every day at the gym. And I'm trying to find the fastest way to lose about 50 pounds by June. I eat fast food maybe once a week if that. I need advice on what type of exercises to help lose the weight, what kind of food to eat, and how to flatten my abs. Doing all of these nonstop; Running-20 min. Bicycle-15 min. Lifting weights-Legs-300lbs(50 times) Arms/Chest-75lbs(50) Thanks, David

ok you need to change your exercise routine around. To drop weight fast you need to cut fast food out completely! Now when youre at the gym focus on atleast 30 - 45 min of cardio 3-4 times a week. I usually do cardio last. Ease into the weights, start out working out everything now just legs and chest. dont forget biceps, triceps, forarms, shoulders, back and abs. By targeting these areas with a normal amout of weight you can handle at higher reps for about 3 weeks will ease you into the whole workout routine. youre going to hurt yourself pretty bad if you just jump into the gym and start lifting weights youre not used to. dont forget to stretch a good 10 minutes before working out. this helps circulate your blood and get you energy to perform your workout. drink atleast 8-10 full glasses of water a day, this actually helps you burn weight faster. Cut the sodium down in your diet because sodium is terrible for you, look into in on the web. even if you dont want to change your meal plans around you will lose weight by doing alot of cardio, light weight lifting with more reps and drinking plenty of water. goodluck!!

You will burn more calories (and lose the most weight) with running hands down. It might be the toughest and least enjoyable for new runners, but it REALLY works...

cycling is great because there is no impact on your knees/joints, especially when you weigh 250, significant running can lead to injury, but you'll have to ride about 5-7 miles to equal every mile you run...

Weight training is great, always important, but if at this stage your really just want to lose weight, I would really emphasize the cardio

as far as the flat stomach, losing body fat is what is going to get you there for the time being, doing sit ups and other ab excersizes are good, but the defenition isn't going to come until you lose that fat...I'd focus on the cardio to lose the fat now, and really start working on your core (abs/obliques/lower back) later

Finally, make sure you don't go on some bizzare diet that only emphasizes losing weight when it should be emphasizing losing body fat. Losing pounds of muscle mass is worthless. In the end, losing weight at an accelerated pace is only going to happen with cardio workouts.

get help from a real pro who will get you energised and to lose weight and improvw your health at the same time. if you want to lose weight, improve your health generally, and have more energy then getting some nutritional help is vital. Once your body starts to absorb the right nutrients and vitamins and protein then you’ll be amazed how quickly you will feel the difference, usually within the first 48 hours if you get the right supplements and help. I had no energy and felt just generally rotten all round so I sought the advice of a nutritional coach (whose advice was FREE) and got myself some great products, I even got free samples before I got started so I could see just how good they were!! There is a website called myhealthabc.com If go on there and fill out the details page you will get a call with no pressure about what you need. There is a mall area as well that’s got some great info and its all set out with easy to follow headings so you can find what you want. It’s so easy and the stuff they have is excellent. I have been using their products for over two years and I feel great. I lost 70 pounds in less than seven months!! My sister lost 60 pounds in five months.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

According to those "Natural Cures" books, if you drink a teaspoon of raw coconut oil in the morning, and again in the late afternoon (and you keep doing it that way every day), you can lose up to a pound of fat per day from the 'problem areas' of the body. I don't know where you might find the stuff in your area, but try looking in health food stores... there's bound to be some somewhere.

It's just a guess, but I'm pretty sure if you can't find coconut oil, eating raw coconut will do the same thing, but i don't know how much you'd have to eat. I don't know if this is what you're looking for, but here it is for what it's worth...

Eat only when hungry and eat/drink only three times a day. Only exception is for diabetics. Water can of course be taken. Chew each morsel 32 times so that ur brain gets signal that u have had enough. Take regular exercises and brisk walks. U will loose/gain gracefully and attain the required weight in reasonable time period.
