When I was 16, I lived for my '64 Chevy.
When I was in college, I lived to chase girls.
When I was in my 20's, I lived to love my friends.
When I married, I lived for my family.

I don't yet see any of you living for anything ... or at least you're tongue-tied.

I have three duties.

1. To myself as a person. I owe myself respect and I owe myself the right to pursue my dreams. AKA:To be me.

2. I have a duty towards those I love and all beings alive. This means I need to work, be productive, be loving, caring and give the world what I take from it.

3. I have a duty towards that which has created me. For I have not come to this world without any awareness. And my awareness of the Creator, is my responsibility to stay on the path to Him.

For I was nothing, and I was created and I will surely, one day return to my creator. And I know He put me here for a reason, I dont want to disappoint Him.

The purpose of creation is a topic that puzzles every human being at some point of his or her lifetime. Although most people put the question of why we are created aside after occasional brief reflection, it is extremely critical for human beings to know the answer. Without knowledge of the correct answer, human beings become indistinguishable from the other animals around them. The animal necessities and desires of eating, drinking and procreating become the purpose of human existence by default, and human effort is then focussed in this limited sphere.

...I am a born-again believer in the Lord Jesus Christ, and my purpose to honor and glorify the Lord with all the strength God provides me.
...I purpose to know Him and to make Him known, and to live a life of loving service to Him and to humanity. This I will do until the day He returns, or until the day I die and go home to Heaven to be with Him.

The possibility of change & happiness. I'd just like to find a place in this world that is mine and mine alone. If I'm remembered for that, great!

All of the above but also just to LIVE. Living and experiencing all that life has to offer. It's the only chance I get...I have to make the best of it.

I live 100% for my LORD AND SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST. My prayer is that I glorify him in everything I do and that people may see CHRIST through me. I want nothing more than to be a beacon of CHRIST JESUS. I count everything as loss for the excellence of knowing JESUS CHRIST
