Cause you've got these british guys announcing and there accent makes you want to fall asleep. they're 200 yards away, yet they speak in a bloody whisper as if they'll interrupt the golfer.........ridiculous!! oh and because it pisses everyone off, so the world just says it's boring

You can't really ask other people that and get the answer you're looking for. It's all a matter of preference. If it's boring to you, then only you know why. For other people it might be boring for other reasons. And for some, it's not boring at all. I play golf and I like to watch golf. I don't consider it boring. To me, trying to watch baseball is boring. I can't watch more than 5 minutes of a baseball game. It's all personal preference.

It's not as boring as someone who wears their baseball cap sideways with a **** hangin' out of their mouth.
Like most things in life, it takes practice and application and patience.
All the things that the rap music loving , ecstasy popping , Mc donalds gourmandizing, consumer wannabees could never achive.
Its a sport for those who are of a higher spiritual level, basically.

its not boring you probably just dont know how to play or if you do you probably suck. and if you watch it its not boring its quite amazing how good those guys really are. plus its even better when you watch the european tour cuz a lot of them are european and so cute =]!

Any mental sport looks boring. Only those that can grasp what is taking place would understand.

good lob tic^^^, its boring to you because it doesnt have constant movement like a lot of the american sports...but notice one thing...big time athletes from every sport (the entertainment world and big money) are playing it, and want to become better at it...(MJ, Gretzky, Elway, Ben R, Brady, Trump, Howe etc...)

Because it has no action. All the players are just hitting a little ball into a hole. And that is boring.
