Ummm... no - fine to kick a guy in the nuts if he is trying to assault you, otherwise don't do it - how would you like it if someone kicked you in the groin - think it would hurt a bit? Plus you can do some serious damage down there, is it really worth it?
Just make fun of him in front of people and say what a wimp/pansy whatever he is - that should make him leave you alone.

well, have you checked his mental stability.
do you think that he would hit you back or try to get revenge in some way?
Do you have any weak spots either in physical or emotional that could be hurt by him?
i would recommend considering whether you love/hate him enough to get in a war with him
or if he is just a fly that needs to be swatted away.
