#1 or #2. Long distance relationships are extremely hard to establish and keep, and are very rarely worth the trouble in your teen/dating years.
As for choosing between 1 and 2, just go with your gut feeling. #2 is less popular, but you think that at least he likes you. If you decide that popularity isn't everything, you'll have the feeling that he likes you (and #2 is the only guy you said that about).
Sounds like you start with #2.

the only popularity that matters is his popularity with you.
You shouldn't date guys older than you so Jeff is out and you rarely see him. Alex is the only one that you say might like you at all. think about which one is the best person and who makes you feel the most special without putting on an act. Pick a real guy and not a guy who pleases every body; those guys are fake.

This is what I think: guy #1- doesn't know I exist. Guy #2 may be knows I exist. Guy #3- definitely knows who I am. Guess who I'd choose.

Why don't you go for #4? The guy who is really kind, helps old people, treats me like a goddess.

How old are you? I don't think popularity should matter when you're "choosing" someone. Maybe you should mature a little before considering dating anyone.

it doesnt matter either way because if you like them all a relationship wont work out. i'd go with alex. popular guys blow you off and hurt your feelings... most of the time were I live anyways.
