do my sit ups everyday. I normally write myself notes for things i forget, but it'd be kind of embarressing to have a big note, DO YOU SIT UPS. Also i can't ask someone to remind me, they'll say your soo skinny. you don't need to work out. But I do, I just need to flatten out my stomach the rest of the way, by the spring. I can do this with sit-ups... but only if i remember. How do I remember???
Or is there a better way (safe only) then sit ups? What is it, and how will i remember IT?
