emm.. lemme think..

Spain, México, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Panamá, Costa Rica, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Perú, Bolivia, Venezuela, Puerto Rico, Cuba, República Dominicana (Dominican Republic), Uruguay, Nicaragua, and Paraguay have Spanish as official language.

There's a rumour that Equatorial Guinea still has it as official.

Actually, in USA it's being spoken >_< for a minority and starting to become the 2nd official language of the country.
