He asked me out on Valentines Day...but 2day he said "nothings changed" "i asked you out and i thought it was going to be better" He told me he doesnt know what to do?....and either do i. help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hes thinking bout breaking up how do i make things better between us!?

First off, what's going on that is causing him to think things aren't getting better?? If you know this, then fix it. If not ask him. Trying to guess about this situation will only hurt things because you'll probably guess wrong or it'll be too late. Tell him you are willing to work things out and ask him what you need to do. If there are things you need him to do, tell him as well without criticizing him! You don't need to make it into a fight.
If the thing he's talking about is the chemistry between the two of you, then that's kind of hard to change. I wouldn't know what to tell you about that. You either have it or you don't. It takes time to get it back.

start ignoring him and get invoolved with a new hobby like a dance class or sports team...its amazing how people who usually ignore you can find the time to bug you when you are very busy "only".
