I've know alot of girls and i would like a women's viewpoint on what they like in a guy.

As a woman, I like a man who looks good, but not overly good. More over, I prefer a man who is trustworthy, honest, loyal, is a one woman man, has a good sense of humor. Also, if the man is one who likes to help around the house, cooking, some cleaning, that is appreciated too. He doesn't have to clean the whole house, or cook every meal either. Just something upon occasion is nice. I also like a man to bring me flowers upon occasion, "just because", What is also nice, is to be able to just sit and cuddle while watching tv once in awhile too. I also appreciate a man being a gentleman. Opening the door for me, etc. And yes, buy dinner out for me once in awhile too. Mutual respect is nice. Also, no real yelling, maybe "loud" discussions once in awhile as it comes up, and definitely no hitting or abuse of any kind.! Hope that helps on your question. Take care.

Firstly, for me is physical attraction; like "DAMN he's hot or DAMN he's fugly." But then later, if I find out his personality sucks then I don't go for him. So personality is second. The guy should also care for you as much as the girl cares about him. He should love you for who you are. He should love you just like the girl loves him. Gifts mean nothing to me. COMMUNICATION IS KEY. No cheating or anything bad. He has to be a gentleman and be respectful towards you and everyone around him. If he can keep a conversation flowing without the girl having to say much, that's good. If he doesn't feel awkward during silent moments and just sits there and thinks with you, that's good. If he embraces you, just kisses you for the hell of it, then that's sweet. Ok, yeah I guess those are the basics. :)

I know a gentleman named Don and my friendship with him is why I answered your question......secretly I have pined away for him for a long time but alas it was never meant to be.....well even if it were I find him alot of work. He won't share of himself...this makes it so very difficult to know him, when we are hangin' his eyes are all over the room...disrespectful, he always gives himself an "out" regarding plans we have made.
What I look for in a man is a guy who wants to be with me. Nothing half ***. This guy is so much work to break thru his guarded facade...even as a friend. It's exhausting. A woman looks for a man who wants to be WITH her.....isn't that the starting point of any relationship?

I like a clean-cut (at least not grungy) guy who is very sweet, caring, funny, and can entertain me at any time. It would be a big plus if he had a nice body and face and he wasn't a complete dumbass, and didn't treat his girl like an object. Oh, and a good kisser. :-D

Honesty...Dependable
Considerate...Polite...Paternal/good with kids
Good relationship with his mom/dad...
Smart/educated (not necessarily a college. grad)...Chivalrous (holds the door for me, pulls the chair out)...Funny...Respectful of my needs.
Does not ogle other women or speak about hot women in my presence...Can hold a job down.
Has goals...Moral.
Clean and good personal hygiene. And yes - I have to find him attractive, and I prefer a man who is fit.

Someone who is smart but not overly intellegant. Someone who can make me laugh. Someone who I can just stay home and we don't have to go out but we can still have fun. Someone who will be a gentleman and realize how truley special I am. Someone who values me for me.
