i have starved my self b4 nd it worked. but now im ready 2 go to the extreme. should ido it?????

No, it's a really self-defeating move. When you starve yourself your body thinks you are starving to death and stops burning calories while storing more fat. So in the end you'll either gain weight or not lose any.

The thing is that are you already underweight? If you are, then you would really be going to the extreme. If you have an eating disorder, please understand that eating disorders can cause death. Here is a site to refer to http://www.eating-disorder-research.com .

If you are not underweight and would really want to lose weight, you should adopt a sensible plan to help you achieve your goals. Drastic actions seldom work out in the long term.

NO WAY! a friend of mine doesnt eat and its not good for her, she was kind of in the same position, she wanted to lose some weight and so she figured she could just stop eating for a little bit until she lost the weight and then stop. but she never stopped, once she lost her weight that she wanted she thought that she needed to lose more and then more and so forth! so please don't stop, people die from this and i would feel so guilty if something happened to you and i dont even know you. please dont stop! its not good for your body! if you need to talk, email me

I have done the same and it is not the right thing to do,if you want to lose weight start exerciseing and eating less carbs and more protein,and yes drink plenty of water.But please don't hurt your body by not eating!!! If you wanna talk I can give you my MSN just let me know.Good Luck

no dont starve urself it is not healthy. eat healthy stuff like salads and stuff and cut out soft drinks and just drink water that will help and exercise u will lose weight.

Starving yourself doesn't provide long-term weight loss unless you continue to do it, in which case you'll die. Good luck with that.
