Sounds like your friend is just flirty by nature. A lot of girls are like that even if they have a significant other. Flirting is just natural for some girls and they'll flirt with everyone! I wouldn't take it personal unless they start hanging out or doing things together without you. But you could always ask her and find out. That's easier than trying to guess. If nothing is going on, ask her to hook you guys up!

i think she is a flirt and she is flirting with him to play her little game...flirts like this type of attention....make it known to her you don't appreciate it at all, friend or not
