If you would rather do it yourself without having to trust your photo in the hands of a stranger. There are different kinds of programs you can download off the internet. Just go to download.com and type in whatever type of program you are seeking. Some of the programs are completely free to download others are free for a limited time.

Google has a nice program called Picasso.
Download is free, and has lots of options.
That way you don't have to depend on someone else to do it.
