We just painted our half bath a sienna clay color and will be installing a new dark chocolate vanity (one with the clear bowl on top)... The room has white trim as well. What do i use as coordinating colors for the towels? I am not looking for midwestern theme (colors) but am open to most ideas...

I like the sea foam green kinda color. Then you can get some bamboo and some nice inexpensive clear bowls with some natural colored fish rocks and make some nice decorations for the bathroom. Bamboo is very soothing. I started making these for myself and my family and friends loved them so much they were buying the stuff and having me make tons of them for them. You can get some washcloths in the colors you like and take one of each home to look at in the bathroom just to get a feel for the ones you like best. Good Luck and happy decorating.

I'd go with cream colored towels. At first I thought that white would be good...but it would stand out too much, so cream is better. It's always a good rule of thumb to buy towels that are the color of something that you don't have a lot of in the room. So in this case, the white trim. I would go all-out with the towels in a midwestern color...keep them simple.

You could use towels that are a chocolate color with some yellow trim or design on them. Also...anything with a green, white, lt brown or melon color in it would look nice.

I think earth toned colors like tans, browns, or even a pale green would compliment the sienna clay colored walls and the dark chocolate vanity.

I think white towells might work well too. Maybe with a monogram oreven something w/ a touch of color in the border like the towel in the link below:

Try doing a google for virtual bathrooms, or go to HGTV and check out their shows to see if they have a virtual decorating sites. I personally think pink and brown look good together.
