They could be trying to make up for the love they didn't get early in life?

Were their parents to busy praying instead of showing their children love?

I'm beginning to think that maybe you were neglected as a child. That's why you're lashing out so much against a group of people who haven't done anything bad to you.

Bullies are often people who were abused, neglected, or otherwise mistreated as children. If this is the case with you, then I feel sorry for you.

Have you never felt the love of God, I feel so sorry for you,
my parents were the best any body could wish for, and I never saw Inside a Church or Chapel until I was 45 my parents were authist me to,so bang goes your two theories what is an authist someone who does not believe in God, think about it , how can you believe in something you say is not there.
you act exactly the way I did before I was saved, may the lord have mercy on you, as he did for me, I f you had no one left in the world who would you turn to if the last of your loved one dies.
now the first part of your question, I do not desire for God to love me I know he does already because i am one of his creations, why should he creat something he does not love and the only thing that he asks for is our love, so endeth this sermon

If you are wrong about Christians and you are, you will one day meet that "invisible sky daddy" as you call Him and you will give an account for your life.

Yes, that desire is strong.
We are all looking for perfect Love, for all we get is imperfect love while we are here.
*If you pray together as a family, it actually means something.

He loves you so much that He sent His Son to die for you, Black Atheist. He loves you even if you don't believe in Him. And I love you enough to tell you the truth, and to pray for your soul.

I honestly understand your dislike of Christianity and I'm sensing at one point you were extremely hurt by those who represent them but why do you constantly insult and go on about it. It's negatively affecting you sweety ... please drop the hatred and move on. (said without sarcasm and sincere concern)
Peace :-)

..or possibly our need for God surpasses a psycological reaction to a negative beginning and is rather a spiritual awakening.

I think that is mostly they are afraid to die, and they don't really have to this way.
