I always say something hurts (example: stomach, head, etc.) but nothing ever happens. Is it just anxiety? If so, how can I get rid of it without using pills? (the sooner the better)

You should see a doctor just to make sure it's just anxiety. If it's anxiety, seeing a therapist helps, exercise, yoga, meditation, breathing exercises- anything that helps you relax and calm your nerves. Usually anxiety is caused by some event that has added extra stress so talking to a therapist or writing in a journal is a good way to help solve what's causing the anxiety.

Depression and anxiety do manifest themselves as physical ailments that doctors can't find a treatment for. Try learning self hypnosis, calming litanies, yoga, or breathing exercises. Listening to calming music might help.

If there are problems that are building up, take steps to solve them so you can relax.

If you are clinically anxious you should see a psychiatrist or psychologist. A psychologist would be more likely to teach coping skills without push pills.

Medications for anxiety DO work. If your anxiety is severe the relief is worth any risks of side effects.

Why do you say these things...are you really having pain?Or is this a way of gaining attention? I'm not being criticial ...but when you say nothing happens, I am wondering what you mean by that. If you have a headache and it just goes away, then it could have just been from tension. if you have a stomach ache or belly pain, and it goes away, it could just be gas.
