How old is she? Puppies tend to snore incredibly loud, not just beagles but most breeds.
Some dogs have shorter breathing passages (english bulldogs) and they tend to snore a lot.
If she just started snoring and wasn't doing it before, I'd take her to a vet to check it out. Chances are, nothing is wrong, though.

My dog did that for a while then started to reverse sneeze. Took her to the vets and they had a look under the scope. She had a blade of grass caught behind her soft palet which they removed. She doesnt reverse sneeze anymore but she still snores but only a gentle snore now. (Which is fairly common)
