In a law suit for infringement of your copyright,
you stand a better chance of winning if your
work is registered. On the back of my sold notecards I put the copyright mark with By:
my Name and the Year on each one. Before
my work was registered in Washington, D.C.
I did address and mail copies of my work to
myself, which are left unopened & put in a
safe place, as is also, suggested.
