Caviar ???

Question

A couple questions:

1) Is trout caviar normal and/or dangerous to eat?

2) Does the size of the egg effect their price? (ex: Big eggs are more expensive)estions:

No caviar (or fish roe) is dangerous to eat. The finer caviars are either briney or creamy. It's a personal choice.
