Well, the cavemen beat their wives but I'm sure if they asked for forgiveness after each beating they got a one-way ticket to the pearly gates. The women were clubbed too hard to think straight and went to hell because they weren't baptized.

Yes. assuming that you believe that when you die, you go straight to either heaven or hell, and do not wait for the second coming, then yes. if they did not, then neither would anyone else before Jesus' birth, nor would anyone that has not heard of God (stranded tribal ... canibal people). so, yeah they went to heaven. not only that, but the lamb's book of life predestined everyone either to heaven or hell even before the world's creation. that is Biblical. assuming cavemen and cavewomen are people... then yes they did. Jesus reveals himself through divine revelation. how can you look at the world and deny a creator?

Peter said that Jesus preached to the dead so it would depend on wheether the cave people believed him. Im not sure. there isnt much detail

Nope. It wasn't made up as a concept until tens of thousands of years later. Since it is made up by man anyway, no one is going to the fictional place..
