It's a scam. They just send out a spam email about bogus jobs at the hotel. But why isn't the email coming from Omni hotels email? Why would they use Yahoo or Hotmail email when it is clearly against yahoo TOS to use it for business. Why? Because they want to collect a fee from you supposedly required to process you visa, then you will never hear from the again.
This spam has been discussed over and over on this site as a proven scam as well as other sites in the Internet.

Do not relpy to Omni Hotel e-mails as stated over 100 times this is a scam...........
Scam scam and trying to get peoples money by saying they pay your air fare etc. etc.
