Jesus resided in heaven before came to earth, of course
after the crucifixion he rose and went back to the father,
we are Christ-like, where were we before we were born
and were did our souls exist. After death is it possible
to be back like we were before we were born?

Our souls are not preexisting. They are created eternal by God. God has no beginning and no end. We have a beginning, but no end.

Scripture teaches that we do not go back to where we were, because we were no where before God formed us. Rather after death we persist in a conscience state until the resurrection of our bodies and the final judgment.

We are "Christ-like" in the sense we are created in His image. But we are not and can never be a deity like God.

I don't feel there was a pre-existence place for us before we were born. I don't think we floated around in some cosmic state before coming into being. We entered into the world according to God's plan when it was time to happen. And we will return to Him when that time comes also.

I'm not sure how to answer the last part of your question because it sounds like you're asking about reincarnation and that is not a part of a Christian belief system. I do know we will receive glorified bodies after death, but I have no idea what that will entail. I just figure it means we'll get bodies that don't wear out or become sick.

Yes, what you say is partially correct. The soul is not created but is eternally existing along with God. The soul has the independence to turn from God, in which case he becomes like a spark falling from a great fire. When the spark is separated, it loses its illumination. In any case, the individual soul is always there. The master and His servants are there eternally.
The different between Jesus and us, is that Jesus was sent by God to save us, and we were kick out from heaven and sent to this material world. Jesus never forgot God, we did.

According to the bible Jesus was born here on earth, he wasn't in heaven before. As to our death, it says that we will stay in the grave until judgment day, when God establishes a new kingdom on earth.

Jesus is not (begotten) because Mary had him. He would only be begotten if God alone created him.

I believe more along the lines of what you do, but that doesn't mesh with what the bible says.

Not sure if I meet the astute criterion, but I have not found evidence in scripture that our souls existed before we were created. Jesus did say that we must be converted and become like little children, but that is while we are here. I don't believe there's a "like we were before we were born," to return to.

God was in heaven until the Holy Spirit came to Mary.. Mary had Jesus.. Jesus is God in the flesh, he was part God and part man.. We did not exist before we were born.. But God knew us while we were still in our mothers womb..

1 Corinthians 15:35-58

35 But someone may ask, “How will the dead be raised? What kind of bodies will they have?” 36 What a foolish question! When you put a seed into the ground, it doesn’t grow into a plant unless it dies first. 37 And what you put in the ground is not the plant that will grow, but only a bare seed of wheat or whatever you are planting. 38 Then God gives it the new body he wants it to have. A different plant grows from each kind of seed. 39 Similarly there are different kinds of flesh—one kind for humans, another for animals, another for birds, and another for fish.

40 There are also bodies in the heavens and bodies on the earth. The glory of the heavenly bodies is different from the glory of the earthly bodies. 41 The sun has one kind of glory, while the moon and stars each have another kind. And even the stars differ from each other in their glory.

42 It is the same way with the resurrection of the dead. Our earthly bodies are planted in the ground when we die, but they will be raised to live forever. 43 Our bodies are buried in brokenness, but they will be raised in glory. They are buried in weakness, but they will be raised in strength. 44 They are buried as natural human bodies, but they will be raised as spiritual bodies. For just as there are natural bodies, there are also spiritual bodies.

45 The Scriptures tell us, “The first man, Adam, became a living person.”[h] But the last Adam—that is, Christ—is a life-giving Spirit. 46 What comes first is the natural body, then the spiritual body comes later. 47 Adam, the first man, was made from the dust of the earth, while Christ, the second man, came from heaven. 48 Earthly people are like the earthly man, and heavenly people are like the heavenly man. 49 Just as we are now like the earthly man, we will someday be like[i] the heavenly man.

50 What I am saying, dear brothers and sisters, is that our physical bodies cannot inherit the Kingdom of God. These dying bodies cannot inherit what will last forever.

51 But let me reveal to you a wonderful secret. We will not all die, but we will all be transformed! 52 It will happen in a moment, in the blink of an eye, when the last trumpet is blown. For when the trumpet sounds, those who have died will be raised to live forever. And we who are living will also be transformed. 53 For our dying bodies must be transformed into bodies that will never die; our mortal bodies must be transformed into immortal bodies.

54 Then, when our dying bodies have been transformed into bodies that will never die,[j] this Scripture will be fulfilled:

“Death is swallowed up in victory.[k]
55 O death, where is your victory?
O death, where is your sting?[l]”

56 For sin is the sting that results in death, and the law gives sin its power. 57 But thank God! He gives us victory over sin and death through our Lord Jesus Christ.

58 So, my dear brothers and sisters, be strong and immovable. Always work enthusiastically for the Lord, for you know that nothing you do for the Lord is ever useless

If you are alluding to reincarnation, it might interest you to know it is not mathematically possible. Most new Buddhist leaders have denounced reincarnation as understood by most of their predecessors . You can prove it is mathematically impossible using a box of envelopes. Select 10 and put a slip of paper in each (marked Soul #1, Soul #2, Soul #3, etcetera up to 10 envelopes. Now just simulate old envelopes dying and new envelopes being born. --- e- mail me if you don't figure out the Reincarnation envelope proof.

We might have been in a waiting room before coming to earth.

Maybe we knew God and then we came to earth to see if we would find him if we didn't know we ever knew him.

Maybe God asked us, what you want to do on earth, if you choose a good life, you get a not so good life when you come back, and if you choose a horrible life, you get a great life when you come back.

of course only for those who chose to believe in Jesus, the rest wouldn't come back, they would go to hell.

So maybe people who are homeless, accually chose that, so when they go home, they are like millioniares, and they just don't know it, and we all don't know that we really chose our life as it is on earth.

Who knows, thats just an idea, but God says he knew us, so maybe we knew him and maybe this whole earth thing is just a test.

Jesus Christ is disclosed in Scripture as being the pre-existent "Only Begotten" Son of the Father. Jesus Christ as the Word of God pre-dates creation, but there is nothing in Scripture that suggests the pre-existence of any other person.
