Aliens do not possess, but spirits can only if invited.
The Catholic church does exorcisms, but it has to be proven beyond the shadow of a doubt that it is indeed a possession and not mental illness. And it has to be approved by the vatican if I recall.
For lower level demons, pleading the blood of christ can protect you if you truely believe and are under attack not exorcise anything. DO NOT, try to do an exorcism yourself, leave that to the professionals.

Why would you want help from spirits and aliens? aliens don't even exist and spirits just haunt different places to scare people so if you want spirits to help you then I hope you liked be scared because that is what those spirits will do to you

well i am pretty sure aliens do not possess you. i've heard they abduct and probe and run tests on you though. and i think that spirits don't possess people but i think they can manipulate them. make them do certain things without actually possess them. like the power of suggestion, you know?
