I think that is wonderfull that a professing Atheist would take the time to learn so much about the Word of God.
Unlearned Christians have this to their collective credit ,however...they "know the One" whom Christianity is all about.

Are you talking about on here? I've yet to see a whole bunch of people on either side say anything intelligent about Chrisitianity or Atheism to be honest. It's all insults and petty name calling. I'm sure there are a ton of people out there who aren't Christians who know more about Christianity than I do. I'm not a Christian so I don't concern myself with things of that nature.
Yeah..I totally get your "question" though. You're trying to say you're smarter than Christians and that you didn't choose Atheism because you're not educated on the subject, you're just too smart for the idea of God. Gotcha on that. Way to not sink to the Fundies level.

My Uncle was going to be a Baptist Minister like his dad, but instead came home a raging atheist. It was always very awkward around him. Everyone thought he was an idiot. Mostly because he was very abusive toward my aunt. He probably knew more about Christianity than I did (I was a kid at the time), but even as a kid, I knew a jerk when I saw one.
