i used to work at subway...the bmt is salami, pepperoni, ham and bologna. then you can add whatever veggies you want. at subway they have lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion, green pepper, black olives and hot peppers. you can also add some mayo or mustard or vinegar and oil..depending on what you like....and the bread should be fresh baked, possibly a french bread or something like that.

p.s. i'm guessing they've changed the recipe since i worked there as no one is mentioning the bologna! it's been a few years but it was on there!

Genoa salami, pepperoni, and ham with lettuce, tomato, onion, green peppers, olives, pickles, cheese, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper on Italian white bread

According to the dietfacts.com, that's all there is in their sandwich. Glad you found something you like, and it really doesn't look difficult to replicate. Be sure you use a decent olive oil......not vegetable oil, that will make a world of difference. Good luck and have a good night.

i love subway. way better and cheaper than quiznos. the BMT according to their website is bread, plus salami, pepperoni, ham, veggies (your choice). that's it. i would most likely add provolone cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, olives, pickles, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper. although I am more partial to their turkey and ham sandwiches.
