It's probably nothing to worry about. But if it persists, I'd have it checked out.
Know this though, stress ALWAYS goes to the weakest part of your body, so when you are under stress, this is where you will feel it, EVERY time. Might want to check about what can be done to strengthen your lower back. Unless it's due from an injury; then you're pretty much stuck with it.

Try to find ways of easing that stress. Of course, me telling you this is like the pot calling the kettle, black.

lower back pains in general is something to worry about, go get a massage, do not go to a chiropractor they will make your back worse and you will have to keep going back, work out too usually lower back pain is due to bad posture, high stress is something to worry about too, try meditating or if you are in a stressful situation daily try your best to get out of it

Stress can actually cause constipation, are you havening a movement twice a day? Backaches that are caused by constipation are not uncommon; they simply don't get the attention they should and are often attributed to other reasons.
check this link out, there is more info there:

good luck to you, take care and be well!

See your doctor to get checked out. If it is stress, relaxation techniques are great. That is if you don't have a hard head like me. Muscle relaxors (one of the many precription drugs available) generally works. It did for me.
