buy ultra video converter, it works great, There is a trial but it will only convert half of the file so you need the full version, unless you want to download a serial key for it.

Use VCDEasy software. It is free but it's newer version you will have to purchase. After installation open the program click tool on the left panel. Than click the mpeg button at top after that show source file destination than again show the destination folder & folder & never forget to give file extension as mpg not mpeg. Stay happy and keep converting.

google .avi to .mpg itll give u programs that do it.
