i workout 5 days a week and eat sorta healthy...my calorie intake is 1800..how do you get a smaller waist..i want to lose 4 inches in my waist

diet and exercise. specifically, watch your fat intake so that a majority of your calories are coming from carbs and protein and not from fat. then do ab exercises, in addition to cardio since you need to burn off the fat for those new muscles to show. good luck.

Pilates is great, meanwhile do what the celebs do. a water pill and a corset to minimize your waist, believe me it will take off the inches, however it may not be helpful if you are showing skin.

most ppl use those work out videos .....like taebo or pilates something that has a lot of dance and movement it helps u to tone ur muscle more so u lose more inches than weight ....u'll lose alot of inches in ur waist instead of all over body weight.

Well, you can NOT eat large portions of food,
Excersize at LEAST 1 hour a day
but they have to be excersizes that make you sweat. and NO fatty foods!
