מצ'עמם [metsha'amem] is a slangy and childish, or "Arsi" form of the word משעמם [mesha'amem], means "boring".

You may often hear מצ'עמם לי [metsha'amem li], means "I'm bored". this form gained popularity very recently under the influence of a popular tv show ("Eretz Nehederet").
