okay i am 131/2 im turning 14 in april and i am 108-111 pounds sometimes and i am either 5'21/2 or 5'3...is that normal? any excersize ideas? or food choice ideas???

If you have a small frame, then your weight is just fine. If you have a large frame, you could put on a few pounds. You don't need to lose any weight at all. Just eat healthy foods and don't spend all day in front of the tv, and you will be great.

You are NOT overweight. You're in, actually, a perfect range.

If you want exercise ideas, take brisk walks, ride your bike, or see what sports opportunities there are.

For food choice: Make sure to have "3 a day, the color way"... this doesn't mean three bags of Skittles, it means a variety of fruits/vegetables! Again, use best judgment.

And... don't worry about your weight because you're going to go through puberty and your body might not be proportioned right all the time. :)

Exercise for at least 30 minutes a day
Drink at least 5 glasses of water a day--purified water only!
Stay away from Fast food and Junk!
Eat lots of vegetables that are green--spinach, collard greens

I think that's just about in the center of the normal range, so it's your ideal weight. Just keep doing what you're doing, you'll be fine.

no u sound very healthy and normal. ..........that is a normal weight for a teenager of ur age........I weighed about that much when i was ur age and I was normal size not too small and not too big....average. u should stay the same and enjoy being a teenager.

im also your age and height and 100lb, you are fine and healthy im not saying you should but it wouldnt hurt you if you lost a little but its totally your disision. are you happy? do what ever makes you happy life is too short to do what others want you to.

I would kill to be that weight and I am a year younger than you!!!! Please don't question how you look.
