Hi

I have really bad depression where I feel really down and other times where I feel really really happy and will tell people really silly stuff , pip my horn unnecessarily ect...talk like a retard and shout at people out the window of my car telling them there silly.

I do not have a job right now and I have an acne problem which can seem to make the problem worse, although i don't think its the main cause of my depression although I wont no till they gone.

I seem to make stupid spelling mistakes in every sentence yet the IQ i took was fairly high. I have problems understanding some grammer and normal conversations.

I'm 19 teen male boy and I also have very angry feeling with the bad depression and at times.. its quite fluctuation but nothings seems correct with me and hasn't for ages!

What is this likely to be is it a type of mental problem?

It could be one of several things; only a doctor or psychiatrist can properly evaluate you. You may even have a mild form of autism which makes you react this way to stimulation. Please see a doctor soon; there is help to make you feel better!

You need to see a doctor for a proper evaluation but it seems definite, based on what you have said, that you have a mental illness.

More information is necessary for a proper diagnosis as it is important to know how long you have been suffering from your symptoms and how long they last. Another factor of mental illness is that there is rarely one problem at work. Depression is often a secondary factor resulting from an underlying disorder.

You may well have a bipolar disorder (manic depression) or be suffering from a borderline personality disorder. You may also have a learning disability or attention disorder. It is impossible to be certain without proper assessment.

Make sure you see your doctor to be properly assessed. Don't ignore your symptoms. Any mental illness can have a devastating effect on your life and your loved ones.

Good luck getting well.

The acne can be a big part of it and here is way to try and get rid of it. Get yourself a an exfoliator a buff puff and use it gently at first and clean your skin really well with a good acne product, and moisturize, I know your a guy but you need to get rid of the dead skin cells (exfoliate) and a good acne product noxema or proactive to get rid of the pimples. And a moisterizer to close those pores after all that work. It will take a few weeks but it will improve do it daily in the morning and at night. Now for the rest of your problem I think your in a depression go and see your family Doc and be honest tell him what your going through, he can decide if it's depression or seasonal defective disorder, it happens to alot of us especially in winter. Please try these things and you will come out of it. You really will, believe that, it's true. All the best to you.

obviously, I'm no doctor - but from your description, it sounds like you might be bi-polar (manic-depressive). You should see a doctor for proper diagnosis and meds.

Good luck!
